If your Mach 5 bag is ever damaged, even if it was caused by the airlines, we will repair it free of charge . No questions asked.

Just call us at 888-BUY.BOYT and we will give you all the information that you need to bring or ship your bag to an Authorized Repair Center. You can also find an Authorized Repair Center by logging onto our website, www.boyt.com. Please note that you are responsible for any freight charge incurred when shipping your bag to a repair center.

The Best Luggage Warranty will cover the repair of all functional features of your Mach 5 bag for life. Our warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, nor does it cover the replacement of lost or stolen bags/or its contents. Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition.

The Boyt Standard Warranty

All Boyt Brands products are built to exacting specifications to assure the highest quality and durability.

Boyt Brands warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We agree to repair or replace your bag (at our option) if any such defects occur.

If your bag is no longer available, a similar bag of equal value will be substituted.

The Boyt Brands warranty does not cover airline mishandling, normal wear and tear, cleaning, punctures or abnormal abuse of the materials. Normal wear can involve, but it not limited to, leather trim, wheels, zippers, handles and other moving parts.

Modification of the bag or non-authorized repairs may void this warranty.

It shall be your obligation and expense to have your bag shipped to a Boyt Brands authorized repair center.

This Boyt Brands repair/warranty policy is in lieu of any other Boyt Brands repair/warranty policy whether expressed, written or implied.
