To help secure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on unused* merchandise and we will cover the cost of shipping on your return!** If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, simply request a pre-paid return label and ship it back to us! (Please Note: After 30 days, you must refer to the warranty card included with your product regarding any issues related to warranty, defects or repairs.)*Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in with original hang-tags and in original boxes. Used products are strictly non-refundable. Boyt.com has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition.

How to Make a Return
1. Use our convenient "contact us" form to request a return authorization and receive a prepaid label via e-mail from UPS.
2. You will receive the prepaid UPS shipping label via e-mail within 24 to 48 hours of your request. Affix the label to your package and drop it off at your local UPS location. Go to www.UPS.com for nearest drop off location.
3. Upon receipt, Boyt.com will process your return/exchange within seven (7) business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for the return transaction to appear on your credit card account.*
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return following the return procedure above and simply place a new order for the desired product(s) to enable the most timely receipt of your new item(s)
Defective or Damaged Goods
Please contact us immediately if your Boyt.com purchase arrives in defective or damaged condition. Items that arrive in defective* or damaged condition will be replaced immediately.
