The Best Luggage Warranty will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Boyt bag for life. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover the contents of the bag, cosmetic wear and tear or damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair or improper handling. If your bag or its contents are damaged by the airlines, you should consider filing a claim before you leave the airport. Due to the nature of certain types of claims and normal wear and tear it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition.

All Boyt Brands products are built to exacting specifications to assure the highest quality and durability.
Boyt Brands warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover airline mishandling, normal wear and tear, cleaning, punctures or abnormal abuse of the materials. Normal wear can involve, but it not limited to, leather trim, wheels, zippers, handles and other moving parts. Modification of the bag or non-authorized repairs may void this warranty.
This Boyt Brands repair/warranty policy is in lieu of any other Boyt Brands repair/warranty policy whether expressed, written or implied.
